Architects in Practice is a London-based studio committed to designing contemporary and sustainable buildings.

Ian established Architects in Practice following extensive experience working for prominent London-based, award winning practices such as CGL and Stirling Prize winner, dRMM.

The first challenge presented to me was naming the new company. With a lot of consultation we managed to find a very literal and memorable name he could build confidence in.
From there we wanted to create a new visual identity that could work just as well on a website to physical documents.

We created a bespoke layout that keeps the framing of the website visual focused using full bleed imagery. We also used an a-symmetrical menu, that frames the content and works with the images of the beautiful architecture instead of against it.
